All of the products on our website are available in store. Sometimes we may have stock away with us in the mobile shop but we are happy to check for items and let you know if they are in the store at the time of inquiry or online purchase.
At times our mobile shop takes stock away with them to shows. If this is the case and an item you have ordered is away with them, we may send multiple parcels to complete your order (one from the shop and one from the mobile shop) to ensure you receive your whole order as soon as possible.
We try and keep our online store as up to date as possible to ensure all items on the site are in stock ready to post out immediately. Unfortunately, we are not perfect and sometimes there may be an item we have missed adjusting that is not available.
We pride ourselves on getting your orders posted out as soon as possible to you. Generally, we try and get orders posted out within 1-3 days of the order being placed. We are unable to control the speed that Australia Post sends your item after it leaves the store.
We offer postage with Australia Post including Express postage. We also ship internationally. All parcels are insured and tracking information is provided.
We are happy for you to return any purchase for a store credit or exchange if the item is not the correct fit or you have changed your mind. We do not provide store credits on postage from the original order. We do not offer refunds on any products unless the item is declared faulty.
Please refer to our size guide page where we try and provide information on different brands and product fits. If you are still unsure please call the store to speak to one of our staff, we are always happy to try and ensure you get the perfect fit on any product we sell.
Yes, all gift cards and store credits are able to be redeemed online, in store and over the phone. You will be able to enter the voucher number upon checkout.
Yes, we ship internationally via normal and express postage through Australia Post.
We accept the payment methods of credit/debit card, direct deposit, Afterpay and ZipPay.
Please email us if you do not receive these emails are we are happy to resend them. We email out a confirmation of order email and tracking email for all orders, sometimes these emails end up in the junk folder on some mail servers, please check this folder if you have not received your emails.
If your order has not been received in a timely manner and there is no updated tracking information via Australia Post, please contact us via phone or email. We are happy to follow up on our end and place an inquiry with Australia Post.
We are located in Brisbane just off the Gateway Motorway. Our shop address is 2/63 Secam Street Mansfield QLD 4122. Our store is open to the public 6 days a week.
If you have made a mistake on product or sizing on an order you have made, please call the store in opening hours or alternatively send us an email and we are happy to adjust the order providing the order has not already been posted.
Our website allows you to place an order for the quantities of stock we have in stock at the time of purchase. If we only have two pair of a certain product in stock you will only be able to order a maximum of two.
Please contact the store via email or phone and we are happy to organise to get a product ordered in for you or give you information on a date when a product will be back in stock.
