Due to COVID-19, there are significant delays across the Australia Post network, and your parcel may take longer than regular delivery estimates to reach you. By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase. All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, permitting that stock is available, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 1pm AEST on a weekday will be sent out the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning.

Domestic Orders - Australia Post - Australia Post Express is also available. Shipping Time: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR METRO, 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REGIONAL

International Shipping - For all international orders we use Australia Post Pack & Track International. Pack & Track International has a 7-14 business day delivery time, but can be faster depending on your location.   The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

Tracking details - Once your order is packed and leaves our shop, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from Australia Post and our store confirmation (please check junk mail if you cannot find this email). However, just in case you don't receive this, you can track your items using the following websites: AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track Additional Information Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Mavericks Western Wear cannot offer reimbursement for this package.  Once it leaves our warehouse it is Australia Posts responsibility.
